Position Overview

QCA Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to lead and oversee our internal IT staff. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, supervising technical team members, and ensuring our technology infrastructure supports the company’s growing service delivery needs.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a hands-on technical background, and the ability to coordinate across departments to keep systems running efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor IT staff, including help desk technicians and systems administrators
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations including network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems
  • Coordinate IT project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives
  • Manage vendor relationships, software licenses, and IT asset inventory
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and security compliance
  • Prepare IT reports and updates for senior leadership
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, Windows/Linux environments, and cloud platforms
  • Experience with help desk operations, ticketing systems, and IT support workflows
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks (NIST, SOC 2, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • CompTIA Security+, Network+, or equivalent certifications a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
